تشتهر حضانة تيدي بير بتقدير موظفاتها ودعمهن وتمكينهن. وقد ساعدتنا هذه السمعة الطيبة على إجتذاب كادر تعليمي مُتميِّز من أجل الإلتزام بتقديم أفضل خدمات التعليم والرعاية للأطفال منذ عام 2008.

تحظى كل واحدة من المعلمات والموظفات لدينا بتقدير كبير ويحصلن جميعاً على الفرص اللازمة لتطوير معارفهن ومهاراتهن في مجال رعاية الأطفال.

برنامج المُعلِّمة المتدرِّبة

تم تصميم برنامج المعلمة المتدربة في حضانة تيدي بير لتقديم الدعم للأشخاص الذين لديهم الشغف والحماس والرغبة في أن يصبحن معلمات للأطفال في المراحل التعليمية المبكرة.

بعد أن تسجِّل المعلمات المتدربات في البرنامج، تتولى واحدة من المعلمات الخبيرات في تيدي بير توجيههن خلال رحلتهن حتى يصبحن معلمات لدينا في الحضانة. ويتيح البرنامج للمتدربات إكتساب خبرة العمل في الفصول الدراسية، وفي الوقت نفسه الحصول على المؤهِّلات اللازمة للعمل كمعلمات للأطفال.

التطوير المهني

نحن نؤمن بأن التطوير الشخصي والمهني ضروريان لضمان توفير مستويات رعاية وتعليم عالية الجودة للأطفال الصغار. ونحن نفخر بتقديم هذه المستويات التعليمية في حضانة تيدي بير.

نحن في حضانة تيدي بير، نسعى جاهدين لتعزيز ثقافة التطوُّر المهني الإيجابي، ونُشجِّع فريق العمل لدينا على العمل على تطوير معارفهم المُتعلِّقة برعاية الأطفال بإستمرار. ونحن نقوم بذلك من خلال توفير التدريب لفريق العمل لدينا وتقديم التشجيع والدعم اللازمين للوصول إلى مستويات عالية من التحفيز والمعنويات المرتفعة.

قمنا أيضاً بوضع خطط التدريب التي تضمن توفير المزيد من التأهيل والتطوير المهني لفريق العمل لدينا.
