The whole-child approach
The whole-child approach to teaching and learning, implemented in Teddy Bear Nurseries, enables us to support all areas of children’s development while considering each child’s likes, dislikes and individual needs.
By implementing this approach, we can guide children through developmentally appropriate activities that reflect their individual learning journeys. This method fosters confidence and independence as they transition to the next stage of their learning journey.

Curriculum
We implement the foundations of The Creative Curriculum© for children aged 45 days to 4 years old. Our curriculum implementation supports children’s development and growth by offering enriching learning experiences that foster exploration. We guide them in building creativity, and independence, preparing them to confidently embrace the next stage of their learning journey.
Supporting Children with Additional Learning Needs
Each of our nurseries is supported by an on-site Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) who works collaboratively with families and teaching staff to support children in their individual learning journeys.
Our classrooms enable all children to experience captivating learning activities in a safe and nurturing environment.
